Cookies and tracking technologies
Rocket Sport Clash and its integrated third-party SDKs may employ cookies, software development kits, pixels, identifiers, and comparable technologies for purposes such as enabling features, measuring usage, analyzing performance, or delivering services. When applicable law requires user permission for non-essential tracking, the Service Provider will request the necessary consent before such technologies are activated.
Your Rights
Depending on applicable privacy legislation, you may have the right to obtain a copy of your personal information, ask for inaccurate information to be corrected, or request its removal. If you wish to exercise these rights or revoke consent for processing that relies on your consent, please contact the Service Provider at [email protected].
Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you reside in California, applicable law may provide you with rights concerning the personal information collected about you, including the ability to request information about its collection, request deletion, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and receive equal treatment when exercising your privacy rights. California residents may submit CCPA/CPRA requests to the Service Provider at [email protected].
The Service Provider may use information supplied by you to deliver important service-related messages, legal or operational notices, and, where legally allowed, promotional or marketing communications.

Third Party Access
Limited aggregated or anonymized information may be shared periodically with external providers to support analysis, maintenance, and further development of the Application and related services. The Service Provider may also provide information to third parties when necessary for the purposes and circumstances explained in this Privacy Policy.
International Data Transfers
Personal information handled by the Service Provider or by third-party providers acting on its behalf may be processed or transferred in countries other than the country where you live, including locations outside the European Economic Area (EEA). When applicable legislation requires specific protections for cross-border transfers, the Service Provider will rely on legally accepted safeguards, which may include:
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) adopted or recognized by the European Commission
- Official adequacy decisions or another legally valid transfer framework
- Your permission or other legally valid consent when such consent is required
Privacy requirements may vary between countries and may not provide the same level of protection as the laws applicable in your location. When required, the Service Provider will implement appropriate safeguards and obtain any legally necessary authorization before transferring personal data.
The Application may incorporate third-party technologies whose providers establish their own rules for handling information. Their respective privacy policies can be reviewed through the following links:
The Service Provider may provide User Provided Information and Automatically Collected Information to other parties in the following circumstances:
- when disclosure is legally required, including in response to a valid subpoena, court order, or comparable legal procedure;
- when the Service Provider reasonably and in good faith considers disclosure necessary to defend its rights, protect your safety or the safety of another person, investigate suspected fraud, or answer a lawful governmental request;
- to selected service providers that perform tasks for the Service Provider, provided that they are not permitted to independently use the disclosed information and are required to follow appropriate privacy and confidentiality requirements.
Opt-Out Rights
You may prevent the Application from collecting additional information from your mobile device by removing Rocket Sport Clash through your device's standard uninstall procedure. Removing the Application prevents future collection through the game, but does not by itself erase information that was previously provided to the Service Provider or third-party providers.
For a request to delete personal information, revoke consent, or exercise another applicable privacy right, contact the Service Provider at [email protected].
Data Retention Policy
Personal information is maintained only according to the purposes for which it was collected and applicable retention requirements:

You may ask for your personal information to be removed, subject to circumstances where the Service Provider is legally required to retain certain records. If you want User Provided Data submitted through the Application to be deleted, please contact the Service Provider at [email protected]. Please understand that certain information may be necessary for particular Application features to operate correctly.

Rocket Sport Clash is not directed toward children younger than 13, or a higher minimum age where such age is established by applicable law. The Service Provider does not intentionally request information from children or promote the Application specifically to them.
Where applicable law requires permission from a parent or legal guardian, the Application should not be used without the required authorization. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children below the applicable minimum age in breach of privacy laws. If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child has submitted personal information, reasonable steps will be taken to remove that information from its systems without undue delay. Parents or legal guardians who believe that a child has provided personal information may contact the Service Provider at [email protected] so that appropriate action can be taken.

The Service Provider takes the protection of your information seriously and uses reasonable safeguards intended to preserve its confidentiality. Depending on the circumstances, these safeguards may include physical, technical, electronic, and organizational measures designed to protect information handled and stored by the Service Provider.
Data Breach Notification
If a security incident results in a breach involving your personal information, the Service Provider will provide notifications as required by applicable law. Where legally necessary, such notification may describe the general nature of the incident and the measures being implemented to investigate, contain, or resolve it.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be revised periodically to reflect changes in the Application, applicable legislation, technology, or the Service Provider's practices. Your Consent
When a particular processing activity requires your consent, you provide it by actively choosing to enable the applicable feature or accepting the relevant request. You may revoke that consent at any time, although such withdrawal does not affect processing that lawfully occurred before the withdrawal. Where another lawful basis permits processing, the information may continue to be handled in accordance with the applicable provisions described in this Privacy Policy.
